Summary: We booked this stay at very short notice and are delighted to have found an absolute gem. We were greeted by Mireille, Jean Charles and their delightful grandchildren who made us incredibly welcome with gifts of wine, crepes and home produced apple juice and spent lots of time with us telling us about the property and the area. The house is a wonderful place to stay, we felt immediately at home and enjoyed our time relaxing here inside and outside in the garden. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with lambs and sheep roaming in the garden which gives way to apple trees and woodland - 5000 chestnut trees planted by Jean Charles! Despite the peaceful setting, the location is fantastic - just 6 minutes drive to a large hypermarket and just 12-15 minutes from a huge range of very beautiful beaches on the pink Granite coast. On our last evening, Mireille and Jean Charles visited again with departing gifts of gateux and the chance to talk about our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be coming back. The perfect place to stay in our favourite part of France.

Summary: "A lovely country gite, with sheep in the field, geese and chickens and a great deck to sit out on (if it had been warmer!). The Owners made us very welcome arriving with fresh seafood and letting our young boys collect the eggs. Only 15mins to the beaches so gave the children a rest in the car on the way home."

Summary: Good situated location close to shops and activities. Friendly landlord, we felt welcome and taken care off. The house is spacious and has all the things we need. A potential is maybe to have a toilet on the same level as the bedrooms. The garden and the animals are lovely. Specially when staying with small children. Thanks for the lovely and careless stay.

Summary: We had a fantastic welcome from the owners who also gave us a tour of the area in their minibus. They were always attentive to our needs and enthusiastic about their local area, which was beautiful. The coastal scenery was spectacular, with a huge choice of quiet, wide, sandy beaches within 10 to 15 minutes drive. The gite itself was clean, spacious and well-equipped,with a large window in the living area overlooking a paddock, where their sheep grazed. Overall, a really enjoyable holiday for our family, including two teenage boys who appreciated the good wifi connection, music and TV system and ping pong!
